House Beer Release: Waterloo

It’s that time of year again where the weather is warming up, the patio if full and Waterloo returns. This is one of our favorite beers we brew and are super excited to be releasing it just in time for Summer. Brewed with Pilsner malt and Red Wheat we kettle-sour the base and then re-ferment with 210#s of apricot puree to yield a thirst quenching tart beer with tons of fruit character. 3.0%ABV 6IBU
