We paired up with our friends over at the Brewtorium for their first ever collaboration brew day! We threw many ideas around initially but finally landed on brewing a good ole steam beer in the spirit of our connection on the(gas powered) Metro Rail. Malty yet refreshing, we lagered this beer for several weeks and dosed it with a small dry hopping of Cascade for an added floral note. Come check this beer out at The Brewtorium on May 9th!
